Day 30!!! - on tuesday, july 17th

BREAKFAST: 1 Slice toast
                 100g cottage cheese

                  1.5 Peaches 

LUNCH:       100g Chicken breast
                 3/4c Soba
                 Veggies!

DINNER:      3/4c Milk
                 3/4c Amaranth

SNACKS:     10 Almonds, 5 Hazelnuts, Light Yogurt Jello

WATER INTAKE: 2.5 lt
                      1 c Coffee
   
WORKOUT: Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level 1

                 2 Rice papers
                Veggies!

DINNER:     1.5c Rice

SNACKS:    Turkey sandwich w/lettuce, 1 Orange, 3/4 Toast (white) w/1 tsp                         butter 1 pinch sugar

WATER INTAKE: 2 lt
                      1 c Coffee
                      1 c Del Valle Guava drink

WORKOUT:       Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level 1

                 1 Flour tortilla (white u_u)

                 Veggies!


SNACKS:     Yogurt, 1pck “Sanitas” corn crackers, 1 XL Gummibär, 1pck “Mangogo”


WATER INTAKE: 1.5 lt
                      1 can Mineral water

Have you ever purged?

I have ended throwing up after eating 2 or 3 times, but it’s because the food made me sick. I think one of those was for eating too much, but it was in order to feel better from my stomach, not to avoid weight gain.

How do you feel about the terms pro ana/mia?

It’s kinda scary to me. I respect everybody and have no right to nag on anyone’s life choices. I rather healthy progressive weight loss. As clichéd as can be: if it took you time to gain weight it will take time and effort to lose it.

WORKOUT : No exercise, again!!! (So wrong!)

                 1/2c Mashed potatoes                     I think this day sucked ass 

DINNER:      Tuna Ciabatta                                           X_X

                 Lettuce, tomatoes, cheese 


SNACKS:     1 Plum, 1 peach, some gummies and chocolate covered marshmallows


WATER INTAKE: 1.5 lt
                      1 c Diet Pepsi

                      1 c Hot cocoa with mint

WORKOUT : Didn’t exercise (I know, bad)

What was your lowest weight?  How and why did you gain?

My lowest weight was 3 kilos when I was born, LOL!

…but I think you mean later on…

I’ve weighed 62 kilos at the very least. And I gained weight by eating a lot, mainly crap. I’m a bit of an emotional eater.

LUNCH:       None, I don’t like skipping meals. >_<

                 1/4 c Refried beans

                 1.5 c Veggie soup

SNACKS: Yogurt, Stila bar


WATER INTAKE: 1.5 lt
                       1 can Mineral water
