                 55g Cottage cheese

I don’t think about it as cheating. It’s impossible to never ever in your whole life eat some dessert or  unhealthy snack. So I try to eat healthier foods most of the time. My “cheating”  are things I’ve been craving a lot.

WORKOUT: None.             AGAIN!!! WTF!!!

Sometimes it feels like they try to sabotage me. But I guess it’s my fault to eat crap just because they are doing it.  I should be stronger.

I’m not vegetarian or vegan. I eat and like meat. I’ve been eating less red meat lately for no particular reason.

I don’t think so, but I used to have a horrible relation with food. I was a bit of an emotional eater, but I’m getting past that.
